Jedi Training is one of my favorite experiences at Hollywood. Studios. You kids get to fight the Dark Side on stage with everyone watching. It wasn’t until my second visit to Hollywood Studios that I saw the show and realized my kids could participate.
Here’s what we did on our Last Trip
We didn’t know we were going to Disney until the night before so we had very limited Fast Passes on our first day. We split up as soon as we entered the park. My husband went with the kids to Toy Story Land to try to beat the crowds for Slinky Dog Dash (they were sadly unsuccessful), I went straight towards the Jedi Training sight.
Directions: Go down Hollywood Boulevard and take your first left after the shops. Online it says you have to have your children with you to register. Both times I’ve gone without children and I’ve had no problem. You register at the Indiana Jones Outpost just left of the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. You can chose later times in the day.
While waiting in line a Storm Trooper came by and harassed us but he did not apprehend any of us.
We met back up and went to some shows and then made it back in time for them to get cloaked and lined up. This is for ages 4 to 12 years old. Your child has to promise to the cast member that they will be “safe, brave and a good listener.”
My kids both LOVE fighting the dark side. They are now rehearsing “their moves” at home together like true action heroes.
